Light & Life Essences

Lynette first discovered vibrational essences while working in London over 20 years ago and discovered two true loves whilst there – Bach Flower Essences and her wonderful husband, while wandering around Europe.

On returning home to Australia, she now lives in Brisbane on the edge of the Toohey Forest with her husband, her beautiful daughter and a gorgeous but cheeky cocker spaniel.

Living next to the forest in these natural surroundings is the perfect place for making vibrational essences and quite often there are a few visiting snakes who often appear when she is making essences. Snakes, of course, represent healing but fortunately the snakes remain outside the house. Other essences such as Tintagel, Avebury, Glastonbury and Mt Taranaki have been made at these healing energy portals overseas.  The more recent portal energy essences are Roslin, Iona, Thistle and Daisy and Isle of Skye, all made in Scotland and also Lindisfarne (Holy Island) Essence made in Northumberland in northern England.  These portal energies are absolutely beautiful to use and a true gift to us at this time.

Lynette is an Australian Bush Flower Essences practitioner, an Angel Intuitive and a Reconnection Practitioner.  Lynette completed Levels I, II and III of The Reconnection in 2004 with Dr Eric Pearl  (for information see www.thereconnection.com).  She also works with Bach Flower Essences and is also a certified Medical Intuitive. 

Lynette was involved in a major car accident at the age of 21 and this major life changing experience led her on to 30 years of studying healing and her own emotional and spiritual path of learning.  This has led her to the creating and evolving of Light and Life Essences, of which she is so proud to be sharing with those who need them.
